H.E.L.P. is a Holistic Empowerment Leadership Program that was originally developed by Dr. Anne Friesen in order to empower survivors of interpersonal violence to become more self-sufficient. Today, the HELP fosters and promotes a culture of empowerment and adaptive leadership development, resulting in the ability to successfully navigate through change and crisis.

Empowerment Now provides Leadership Consulting and Training. Dr. Friesen specializes in both individual and team transformational leadership development. Her H.E.L.P program has successfully helped transform, foster, and promote cultures of empowerment, inclusion, and engagement to help build high-performing leaders and adaptive teams.
